    hi

    I've recently received a County Court Claim from a business who are seeking a payment of around £1500 for an invoice

    Thing is

    They are issue to our Limited company which is dormant? Whats my options

    I've already acknowledged claim

      The dormant company has no asset, does not trade as we trade as a sole trader

          Who purchased whatever was invoiced the LTD co or you as a sole trader?

            Did you advise them they had billed the wrong entity? Surely if you ordered them you should have paid regardless?

                do you have any evidence to show that the item was purchased by you as a sole trader?
