hi everyone
i am my husbands tax representative. He has received a cimpliance letter for tax check 2015/2016. After look at there concerns I have identified that my husband has claimed 13000 tax refund which he should not have. It will be refunded to hmrc. Do I tell the tax inspector this when I contact them tmrw. Received the letter on Saturday.
