Re: aggresive enforcement officer
Which bailiff firm?
What is the debt for? Council Tax? A loan? etc...
Do you have a CCJ they are enforcing??Debt is like any other trap, easy enough to get into, but hard enough to get out of.

You could also request that the council re-calls the debt from Jacobs (tell them you are scared and vulnerable). They have the power to do this and might well agree
If the bailiff turns up, you can ignore him ... or talk to him through a window. You can also record any 'visit' (either voice or camera).

Re: aggresive enforcement officer
If they come back later (when you're home) you can legally ignore them. Keep your doors locked and they cannot get in either
Have a read of this attachment ... sections 4.5, 4.8-4.10 and 5.6 could give you some leeway with your complaints xxDebt is like any other trap, easy enough to get into, but hard enough to get out of.
