As most will be aware the government has put in another obstacle in the appeals process and while you ask dwp to mandatorily reconsider a claimants claim, the claiman recieves no benefit payment, the claimant can only appeal to a tribunal once a mandatory reconsideration has taken place.
While awaiting an appeal the claimant recieves their benefit as it is put back into play.
There are also no time limits for these mandatory reconsiderations.
