  • Uncle Buck

Hi, I'm new and grateful for any advice you may have.

I took out a payday loan with Uncle Buck - everything was fine they kept increasing my credit limit and like a fool I said yes. I recently had my pay date changed and I informed them by email - phil from uncle buck emailed me back and said that was fine. However, I recieved an arrears notification email. To cut a long story short I arranged to pay £50 every 2 weeks to clear the amount outstanding £455. This was agreed. I was due to pay £50 on 31/03/2011 but when I have gone to the bank today for the child benefit uncle buck have taken 2 card payments one for £105 and one for £20. This is the full child benefit gone. Are they allowed to do this?
