  • Claiming back mis sold PPI from Carcraft

    Hello,

I have today searched for paperwork pertaining to car finance and PPI that was genuinely mis sold by Carcraft in 2007 (I complained at the time to no avail). However, I wondered if I still had the paperwork and whether it is worth trying to claim now since the law changed about mis selling PPI.

    My situation is this:

My loan agreement was £89.59 for the car,and additional £18.81 was added for PPI totalling a monthly payment of £108.40. This started on 11th April 2007 for a total of 61 months. I have the paperwork which evidences my agreement to this (as well as mis sold car warranty) but I remember at the time complaining because the paperwork was put under my face saying we just need your signature here, here and here, stupidly I didn't take the forms to digest what I was signing. I'm not sure it's a good thing to share this paperwork as it seems clear I understood, as its my signature agreeing to it?

Firstly, do I have a legitimate claim given the timescales and if so how do I go about putting in a claim? Do I wrote to Blue motor car finance who the paperwork is off? They have a po box address so I'm not sure I'd get a response from them?

    Kind regards

    Lisa-Marie Lane
