Reclaiming PPI on Egg loans

Hi,

both of my Egg loans were taken over by Moorgate. I paid the loans off in 2012 and have been unable to find my paperwork from when I originally took out the loans. Does anyone know who I write to and if Moorgate would have the original paperwork?
