  • Me vs 1st credit

Hi every one, need some advice please, so here goes.
Im defending a claim issued by 1st credit solicitors JUDGE AND PRIESTLEY. When the claim was received i loged onto mymoney.gov and stated i will fully defend the claim, as well issue a counter claim for the PPi on the credit as it was missold due to self employment and pre-existing medical problems.resulting in arears and inability to pay.
Nothing has been paid on the account or any correspondance since January 2007. and no information on my credit file from 1st credit, i have also requested other stautary documents etc. All of these details have been sent to the solicitors JUDGE AND PRIESTLEY. on the 6th of Jan 2014
Today i have received a letter from 1st credit and a N434 form informing me that the solicitors are no longer acting for them and the claim has been handed back to 1st credit legal team.
    Any ideas please.
    Thanks
    Gill x
