    Barclays were sent an FOS PPI Questionnaire 02 April 2013, received on 03 April 2013.
    Not a peep from them since, that is until today!

    I wonder if Deloitte were dealing with OH's claim, they must have filed it under rubbish bin!
    As the letter says:
    "Thank you for your letter dated 04 June 2013 (a reminder/chaser letter) regarding the sale of PPI insurance on your Loans.
    We have completed our investigations (in one day) and have been unable to locate a policy in your name."

    the letter goes on:
    your complaint has not been upheld;
    please provide us with further information and your complaint will be re-opened.

    To help our investigations please complete ans sign the enclosed FOS Questionnaire and return it to us by 20 June 2013 (FOS Questionnaire, not enclosed).

    In short, Sharklays had the FOS PPI form for over 10 weeks, did nothing until they received the chaser letter.

    What a disgrace!

    And when is the FCA going to take enforcement action over these 'out of control' Banks, who are still riding roughshod over the Consumer?
