    Can I still make a claim and who do I Claim PPI from?

    In 1996 I defaulted on a loan from Black Horse and a CCJ was awarded against me. I was to pay £10 a month until the loan was paid off. I have never defaulted and am still paying £10 a month... The debt has been passed on several times to various collection agencies over the years. Having requested an original copy of the loan i believe I may have a PPI claim. I have two questions. Can I still make a claim and who do I claim from? Black Horse or the company who now hold the debt...Cabot Financial?
