New ish to the forum, but find the help invaluable.
NatWest have settled a PPI claim on my husbands credit card. They have paid £13,400 and I'm wondering if there is any time limit to query this and how do I check that this repayment is correct.
The credit card was from February 1992 until May 2012 (when Natwest stopped the PPI themselves). The average PPI payment was approximately £20 sometimes a lot more and occasionally less (but £20 is the average). Does £13,400 sound about right?
