Hi all, I have commented on this Company previously in so far as they owe me money, but not repaid it.
I have just found out that their call centre in Sawnsea has now been closed. I contacted the Pool in Dorset office and was given this info. I explained that they were going to refund my money and was given this email address-: refunds@thefullfinancial.co.uk they said they would not acknowledge my emails as they solely deal with refunds. I have sent them all paper work by email and repeated this yesterday, but still no refund forthcoming. Where else can I go, to get this Company to reply to me and give me my refund, which they have agreed to in an email.
