Rules 18 & 19, on last page is redress for the clients of CMC's if they do not keep you informed about your claim without delay and advise promptly any requirements concerning claim advice etc...
If they do not deal with matters promptly they are in breach of their authorisation and these rule numbers can be quoted to them to speed up your dealings with them.
