Hi, I'm currently in argument with Lowell. I was wondering if they are reasonable with monthly repayments. For example I'm on Universal Credit and can only offer £10 a month. Would this be acceptable for a £1000 debt? I understand every debt and creditor is different but but is there a set limit or time they are willing or have to accept? I've read if the monthly amount is too low they'll seek a CCJ. Surely the court will see I can't afford more and set the £10 anyway?
Offering low monthly repayment.
