Ok so publically 118 Money admit phone records hacked did they contact all customers no but eventually offered Experian Identity Plus no heads up you lose matched offers and credit score you can just see credit report.For those improving credit* matched offers etc* are a huge deal 118 dismiss this and make out they are being generous by giving Identy plus free for one year to its customers possibility affected.No they are trying to cover themselves dismissing customer concerns and gave no heads up if you agree to to Identy plus you will not have matched offers et.j. All very odd from fca regulated company ?
