P c p termination

Hi, I vt my fiat 500, it had alloy scuffs on the 2 front alloys and I had done 22000 miles instead of 20000 miles, I terminated 4 months before the end of the contract. Can the finance company estimate what they think the millage would have been if we had kept it the full legnth of the contract. I handed the car back in June and the have contacted me in august for excess millage and alloy damage. Is there a time limit they have to contact the customer
