I have had a barclaycard since 2000 , i missed 3 payments late 2012 , the card was sold to link , link contacted me saying they were apart of barclaycard over the phone , i agreed £5 per month but once i revieved the letters from link i cancelled the payment as i had no agreement or ever heard of them .
Since then ive heard ver little except ldr have taken over then kearns threatend court .
I asked for credit agreement they sent a ter.s and conditions copy with no signature ..
I sent a follow up letter from this site saying not good enough .
They have taken me northhampton court.
The sum is 7k now rising to 9k with a company i still dont understand if i have a legal obligation to , i have now asked for a real copy of the agreement plus statements plus sighn over of debt in a very articulated way of this site .
Any help or advice would be great .
