I have ab old debt from captial one for a credit card from 2012, i stopped paying this in 2013. This was passed to cabot who i ignored and they applied for a CCJ. I sent them a CCA and it is unenforceable in court. They sent me a letter asking to settle for £1000 (the original debt was £2000) i ignored this and they have now sent one asking to settle for £500. I would like to settle this as i want it gone but im unsure what to do. They are talking in the letter about applying for a tomlin order (i dont understand this) if i settle. I have until tomorrow to pay! 😫
