Lowell and default on statute barred debt.

Hi

I posted on here towards the end of last year
about lowell taking me to court for statuted barred debt, it didn't go to court but I have just checked my credit file (first time in ages) and they are still putting defaults on there and the debt has gone up by almost £1000!!! Is there anything I can do about this?
