Hi I am looking for advice regarding a visit from Marstons please. Basically a woman turned up yesterday saying I owed £400 for an unpaid parking ticket which had gone to court. It turned out I hadn't opened any mail as I thought it was junk since the name on there is similar to mine but not correct. Turns out it was misspelled on the original logbook (the car is now sorned) I told her I have 3 kids on my own no money it had come out the blue could we make an arrangement? She said no way now. She rang for a tow truck in my presence then asked to come in, I said no. So she said she would get a locksmith and she could get a warrant of entry over the phone in ten minutes. After 1/2 hour she drove off. I am afraid she will come back today while I'm out and break in. I know I have to pay it but have very little money left over to offer. I'm not sure where to begin to sort it out
