  • CRA showing different IVA

    Hi
I took an IVA in October 2009. It was terminated early. On my credit report from equifax it shows as discharged and coming off soon (phew)

On my experian it is showing as active, I spoke to them and they have said that until i get a termination letter then it stays on.

However it is the same as the other one.....am i missing something or has there been a reporting error.

There are the same details on both CRA entries , except one has a case number of 772 and in Medway, and the other showing IVA1719566 and unknown court...

They are one in the same IVA.

I spoke to the Insolvency service who said it

It is my understanding that you would need to contact the former Supervisor that dealt with your IVA to request your completion certificate but according to our records, your IVA was terminated on 06 April 2011, and so you would need a termination letter, not a completion certificate.

    Any help be great
