  • DCA advice - Fidelity

    Hi,

A few months ago I received a letter from a DCA named fidelity advising that they had taken over one of my debts. I rang them and set up a monthly direct debit arrangement.

Since then I haven't received any correspondence from them. I wanted to call them this evening to check my balance and amend my instalments but can't seem to find any record of them online. Has anybody ever dealt with them before?

I have lost the original peice of correspondence.

    Thanks in advance
