No sar from cahoot / santander

I recently sent a request for an SAR FROM CAHOOT SANTANDER AT THE TIME THEY SENT A LETTER BACK SAYING THAT THEY HAD RECIEVED MY REQUEST IVE MADE A COMPLAINT TO THEM regarding that it's been way over 40 days.
My original loan was CAHOOT 2003 which was £7500 of which I have paid back treble the amount I'm concerned as my credit file states that the loan wasn't reported until 6 years after closure I've paid 18,000 what's happened!
