Just a bit of history, I sent a Cca request to arrow July 2014, and last week, I received a reply from Arrow, with what they say complies with my request.
they sent me an application form and some terms and conditions with reference to Santander. This was dated in 2001, where Santander were not in control of this account, it was GE capital money. Meaning these were not the original t&c'so and a an application form? Surely this is not a credit agreement?
today Restons have sent me a letter, saying that as Arrow has now complied, they require a proposal of payment.
I am out of my depth as to what to do next, can anyone help?
