I was wondering if you help me confirm something,I have an old debt which lowell hold and i requested credit agreement s from the origional company 6 months ago.
The last payment was made on the account on 21st April 2009
No acknoledgment has been made by me for the debt since before that date
A default was registered on my credit file with a default date of 4th October 2009
At what date is the debt statute barred???
