  • Order to pay defendants costs muddle

I lost an Injunction claim and was ordered to pay 80% of the defendants legal costs. These costs were all associated with the legal representation and its Counsel. I do not know if the legal service was provided on a no-win-no-fee basis. And I do not know if the defendants have paid the entire costs of the representation, or only 20%. Meaning. I do not know if I will owe my 80% of the costs directly to the defendants or to the solicitors for the defendants. What I do know is that the application to put a charge on my property in lieu of this cots order is being made in the name of the defendant, not the legal firm. Is this standard procedure. Do I owe the costs to the defendant directly or to the firm?
