Vanquis credit card debt assigned to arrow global and debt releif order.

I have DRO Granted on the 2nd june. Most of my creditors have confirmed the DRO.
But Arrow Global have not confirmed the DRO.
I have attempted to contact Arrow Global, But when you ring them, You get passed to Capquest.
I have rang Capquest but they cannot find my arrow global account.
Just wondered what my next move is.
I am not well And don't want them coming back onto my wife later.
This is why I got the DRO. The Arrow global vanquis debt is the biggest amount on the DRO.
So would like the peace of mind to show its closed.
