money judgement CCJ

I was given a money judgement via a telephone hearing last week. I was not served with the bundle on post instead the claimant sent on email but it went to my spam box, so I received a call on the day asking me to take part on the phone hearing. I explained to the judge that I had no legal advice and was not prepared but the hearing went ahead. I was really struggling to understand and expressed on several occasions that I did not have the opportunity to prepare but in the end a judgement was passed against me and it is for a lot of money. I feel that the judge should not have allowed the hearing to take place given the claimant didn't serve the papers to my address. I also felt pressured. also I think the judgment was unfair and I would like to know if there's anything I can do to stop it or set it aside? if I have grounds, as I'm struggling to get any help.m I can't afford to pay back the money, what should I do?
