Hi there,
I recently made an offer to Intrum offering to pay 20% of the outstanding debt they hold for me. A letter has arrived saying that it's not enough.
My query is that they sent me a letter offering a 20% payment to settle the debt in 2019, and I wondered if they can change their minds? Do offers from them like this time out?
It's a small debt compared to others that I have, but would like to clear at least one.
Waiting on CCA's for the others.
