Hi hope someone can help!!
my daughter had phone contract with Vodafone back in 2015
it went out of contract and has now been sent a letter by Lowell solicitor saying the debt has been passed to them and she owes 2k
She tried ringing Vodafone asking where these charges have come from and it’s something to do with airtime(not a clue) but they couldn’t give her any more details as didn’t have information on account number!!
so now she’s been hounded by so called solicitor to pay or will take to court.
Any advice be greatly appreciated
