im hoping someone can help me ? This is my first time posting so please bare with me .
in 2014 I took out a contact with Vodafone no issues until around 2016 .
at this stage they kept over charging me then telling me it was a mistake and that It would be sorted .
at one point they said I owed them £800 yet didn’t disconnect my phone . Shortly after this o cancelled the contract and called wrote to them numerous times to see what charges where outstanding and I never got a response
this week I’ve checked my credit file and it’s showing as a default !!!
I have opened case through resolver in a hope they may respond to me so I can sort this but they’ve never replied before even when I’ve written the the complaint management team !
what else can I do to try and resolve this I don’t want this default on my record and have tried to sort his so many time furthermore I do note believe I owe what they say !
any advise would be greatly appreciated
