debt letters lowell solicitors False information

I've received a county court letter from lowell solicitors, they have lied about the two debts these debts are from over 10 years ago and i've had different letters from other debt companies but they have left me alone after a while due to the debt been so old and i was scared to even respond incase i activated the debt again. there's never been any contact from me from when it went into arrears. but this company has put on my credit file from my last address the debt ( lowell vodafone. 4 th october 2014) for one debt and the other debt (shop direct from the address before that (3rd september 2014) which this address they put was 8 yrs ago, but the other debt vodafone was from my first house over 10 yrs ago , they both were but they seem to change the dates when i moved a lot.but this has scared me now because there's a county court letter. please help. apologies if this post is up twice.
