Hi il keep this one short im in the process of paying debts on, i received a requested credit agreement from Barclaycard and the box ( Mother Maiden Name ) has a name that means nothing to me ( Keriann ) i have no friends or family with this first or second name my mothers maiden name is and always has been Hamilton.
Just wondering if i have a case to fight attal with this ? I did question why it was wrong and the reply i goy said.
“Barclaycard have advised they hold no details, also cannot confirm details regarding mother's maiden name used on online application. If the customer believes this is not his account he would have to contact Barclaycard's fraud team on 0800 161 5322”
my question is if they hold no details and cant confirm details then who added the name to mothers maiden name as it certainly was not me.
