  • Cabot statute barred help

    Hi All

Have had letters recently from cabot asking me to pay an egg debt. However back in 2009 it was with lowells and they were unable to provide any credit agreement and wrote back to that effect saying the account was closed. Not sure if I still have that letter.

The account is definitely now statute barred and no action has been taken apart from the ca request since 2006.

With the statute barred letter, is it worth mentioning that point with the letter from lowells or should just a standard SB letter suffice, I found one on stepchange but it seemed a bit basic.

    thanks in advance.
