Hi 👋
my claim for PPI was rejected by Nat West - the bank account and credit card forms I completed were printed by the premium account advisor in branch and I was asked to sign. I didn't know it included PPI - the bank rejected my claims and said I must have applied online and clicked on PPI which was not the case. They rejected my claim anyway. Anyone else had this happen and if so what did you do?
