Application to register a restriction B136 (CO) HELP!!

Hi, I have received letter from land registry regarding an application made by Reston solicitors to register a restriction on my jointly owned property!!
There is CCJ placed against me which I tried but failed to set aside last year.
I have now received this letter!
I just want to put an end to this nightmare, can I offer a full and final offer? Will they accept ? What are my options?? Any help appreciated.
