I currently have an agreed repayment plan with a DCA with interest frozen.
The original credit card account was opened in 1998 and defaulted sometime in late 2004 and passed to the DCA.
The last statement received was from the OC in 2004. I have only ever received various correspondences from the DCA requesting payment review / reduced balance outstanding offers that actually advised what was outstanding but never any sort of monthly / half-yearly or yearly statement advising as to what I have paid.
Now I did check myself not so long ago using what information I had and payments I made and all seem to be reducing correctly.
My question is should the DCA have still provided some sort of statement since 2008 ?
