Which part of the Blemain Group was it (Blemain Finance Limited, Cheshire Mortgage or Lancashire Mortgage Corporation Limited)??

As you would be making a formal complaint, you should write a letter. But it will help if I know which of the above it was first

Hello!!! Thank you so much for all your help! We won because the Judge told Blemain during the hearing that they had acted disproportionately compared to the amount of equity in the house, and so I have been given 6 months!!!
Shelter are writing to them to ask them to honour the court's decision and not to harass me. The duty solicitor said that I should complain about them....so will you tell me how to go about this?

Good luck stay composed and calm remember the Judge is looking at it from both sides let their reps cock up .
The scariest part is the waiting not inside with the Judge.
