Good evening all,
A bit of a strange one here really, last week i received a call on my mob from a guy at MARSDEN GROUP claiming i owed them over £300 for a failure to pay a fixed penalty notice that i supposedly received in Aug 2006 for a public order offence
I had no idea what he was talking about and immediately started trying to track the ticket down. After talking to the company in Runcorn and then in Leeds and finally to the Dept in Liverpool I have since found out the ticket has been destroyed and the officer that issued it is no longer a PC.
This is the first i have heard about this ticket and have no idea on how to deal with this issue!!
Any help please is very welcome and i will thank all in advance!!
