Hi,
I've been posting on here for about two years detailing the backwards and forwards letters with Lowells reference an unpaid Three contract.
Basically, Three closed my account due to the fact that two months bills weren't paid in 2009. The first I knew of this was when Lowells contacted me in 2012 informing me that I owe about £195.00 (two unpaid bills and an early termination charge).
After receiving copies of the two bills, it transpired that these were sent to an address that I have never resided at, therefore I never received them. After two years of argueing, I have obtained an SAR from Three. It states that I changed the billing address by telephone in 2009. They state that they only keep telephone recordings for 6 weeks, so therefore have no proof of me changing the billing address.
Lowells stated that they would suspend my account for 60 days whilst I awaited my SAR from Three. During this time I have received 3 letters from them requesting payment. That latest arriving this morning, stating that they can arrange for someone to visit my house or take me to court.
I am after some advise on how to respond to this letter if anyone can help ?
Thanks in Advance.
