hi all
I need some advice with a upcoming court case with welcome finance/ind ltd
my agreement is from 26/01/07
I have a very complex case to unveil as do most welcome customers
I never received a default notice letter and annual statements throughout my agreement is this unenforceable through s 127 and s111 of the cca 1974?
my account also has 2 default dates? is this aloud
my defaults have just been removed from all credit reporting agencies
also welcome say I made a cash payment on the 9th October for 100 but I never did because I never had a job or money at the time and have bank statements to prove this .previous payment before this was 26th july 07 say claimed statue barred in my defence
any help please
