Over the years I have had many dealings with these bullying parasites-however, I recently asked for a list of all charges applied to my account since inception of my mortgage (Commercial) and then asked for a breakdown of all work alledgedly done for all charges ovd er £30- Lancashire now says that it is sorry and charges have incorrectly been charged to my account in the amount of £10,000 plus interest-YES TEN THOUSAND POUNDS I also think that I have only just scratched the surface of this and I will be digging deeper-So I urge all of you with a problem with these Unprofessional lenders-to challenge charges applied to your account-These parasites can not get away with this much longer.

I am counterclaiming for so many things-and I am going to go the whole course-I am not giving up-I do not want the same thing happening to any other non regulated victim.-Any help at all would be appreciated.

Check all your paperwork again as my current lender(not Blemain) has informed me that my loan is regulated yet when applying for a possession order their solicitors have clearly stated that the loan is not regulated. I am not yet sure how this fits in with my case but I'm sure my loan cannot be both, unless someone knows otherwise?

When i win my case against Blemain I am going to sue for a personal injury claim for the illness caused by the way in which they hounded me. There is no question that the loan was set up to fail
