  • E-Bay and iqor

I recently put some unwanted items on E-Bay, but a few days later had to go into hospital which turned out to be for just over a month. When I got home and checked E-Bay, there had been one purchase, which the buyer then cancelled. I started to get a lot of e-mails from E-Bay - asking for a payment of £22.05p for an item that had been sold.
I e-mailed them back to explain that there had not been any sale, and what had happened.
However, they are stating that as I didn't notify them of the no sale within 36 days, I still have to pay them.
I have had 3-calls from a company called iqor, and even after telling them the circumstances and telling them to stop contacting me - I have recieved a letter from them this morning demanding a payment of £30.05.
E-Bay have suspended my account until I pay as well.
Do I have to pay this amount - even though I never sold anything?

    Thanks for any advice.

    Les.
