Hi any help, i have had a lot of debt, and they will be coming off next year, cant afford to pay them have been sending letters back, undelived no tenant of that name, wrong i know, but now been getting a lot near to them, 6 years and they off.
Recieved a letter of bryan carter solicitors acting on behalf of lowell saying i have 10 days otherwise they will take court processings against me, and will effort my file again for another 6 years can they do this, i just now want to be debt free, i have tried before at advice and paid £130 for them to sort it out and stupid me when i work it out it would take 25 years to paid, hope somebody can shed some light on matter, any help or where to go or what to do will go a long way thanks
