Hi all, new here and looking for advice.
I have a debt with a PPI claim company and on there letters they state that if the debt is not paid they will refer the debt to there recovery agents Daniels Silverman and add 15% plus VAT. I have since been contacted by a different DCA in relation to the above debt who are charging different fees, should I have any contact with them or refer them to the letter from the creditor stating they are not the named recovery agent in the letter?
