Hi all i am new to this site and i need some help, i am getting letters from lowell group of compaines about debt that i have evaded since 2007,i have had loads of letters and telephones calls which i have not replyed to, now i have been passed on to hamptons legal saying that they will either take me to court to get an arrestment earnings order or send someone round, i have not aknolged the debts and have not made any payments to them in the last 2 years, i think i owe about 45000, can anyone offer some advice please
