Hi all,
Since the Legal Services Act, it would appear that many legal firms have applied to become Alternative Business Structures (ABS).
Many of these proposed 'multi-disciplinary' firms have the debt collection market in their sights.

My feeling is that this will take debt collection into a much more 'agressively legal' minefield than we've been used to.
It might be an idea to pre-empt this.
What do you think?
