Lowells sent me a disclaimer to fill in today and return to them.
It was about a 3 account and suspected fraudulent activity - their form was asking all sorts of questions about police reference numbers/circumstances/who it was reported to and so on........1 question even says "if it was not reported then why not"! lol
These clowns really do have serious case of self delusion about their powers.
