URGENT ADVICE NEEDED DUE TO TIME LIMIT ON APPEAL
Southern Water sent me a letter stating 'I can confirm in view of your circumstances I am prepared to continue accepting monthly payments of £80, I kept to these payments, but 18 months later S. Water sent me a notice saying I had not kept to the agreement, and demanded more money, threatening court action.
I tried defending the action in the County Court without success, I am trying to appeal the CCJ . I NEED TO KNOW IF THE LETTER WAS A CONTRACT ? (OR SIMILAR) IN THE EYES OF THE LAW.
