hi i am having a ongoing battle with hillesden securities to remove a default they can supply no default notice for after complaining to experian hillesden sent me a letter 20/10/2010 telling me all entries on my credit files would be removed this happened with experian and equifax but not callcredit when i complained to hillesden they removed it from call credit and entered a new default on equifax.
i have complained twice more since and the same thing has happened. now hillesden have entered defaults for the same account on equifax and callcredit
i have lodged a complaint with both credit agencies and the ico
hillesden are not responding to my letters asking for removal of the entry
please help
